It is my hope these still life images by their very nature, portray the care and effort that it took to produce them. The making of these works have become my domestic ritual. They are an invitation into my world ~ projecting the private to the world ~ and in so doing, revealing a certain state of isolation, vulnerability and disconnect.

Through the making of these works, I have reaffirmed my belief that my practices and processes reflect and celebrate the essential stuff of life.
