Info An 8 bit documentation of the November 2025 Lyon Artist Residency. It will be updated by the end of November with documentation of the various works created by the artists in residence.

In this interactive photobook, the viewer gets to role play as Maddog — the host of the UPSTAIR exhibition. The viewer get explore the exhibition space and interact with various elements that would trigger sequences of 8-bit photos with documentary of all the events happened during the art residency. The photos were captured with a phone, then converted into 8-bit style, using GB studio to piece everything into sequence and interactive, playable adventure.

Soundtrack by @maebe.maeve, all assets were created by me.
